Coworking Models

1. Permanent

A facility is established and used specifically for coworking. It usually contains the following amenities:
- desks, carrels, or cubicles
- printer and fax
- conference room(s)
- lounge space
- water cooler

Programming is ongoing with regular hours and fees. Fees can be on a daily, weekly, and/or monthly basis.

2. Temporary

Coworking occurs on an event basis in a facility belonging to an existing business or organization. Amenities vary by location but include WiFi at a minimum.

The program of these events can vary. Below are some examples:

Networking – An event designed for working and socializing for a small number of hours.
Jelly – A 24-hour coworking event, usually occurring monthly at a different location each time.
